Your details are collected for one purpose: answering the enquiry you sent. This page explains what is collected, where it is stored, and how to have it corrected or removed.
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number and the message you write, together with which service your enquiry concerns. Booking a discovery call collects the details you enter into the booking flow. The site also records basic, aggregated analytics about page visits, which do not identify you personally.
Enquiry details come to my desk and into my client management system, and nowhere else. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. Where a referral introduction to a licensed institution is made, it happens with your knowledge, as the disclosures page describes.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as the conversation or engagement needs them, and removed on request at any time.
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email does it.
Write to hello@mwikalingei.com with the subject line Privacy request, and expect my reply within two working days.
This page is written in plain language first. Formal legal review before launch may extend it; the plain-language commitments above will not shrink.
