Corporate programmes

Financial wellness your people will still be using in December.

Workshops and programmes for organisations whose people earn well: banks, law firms, hospitals, multinationals, and any team whose payslips deserve better than payday-loan literacy.

A deliberate setup before the swing
Why bring me in

Well-paid teams have expensive money problems.

Salary bands rise faster than financial judgement, and the cost lands on the employer: distracted senior staff, retention conversations that are really debt conversations, and pension choices made in the last week of eligibility. A financial wellness programme done properly treats your people as the sophisticated earners they are, which is why mine start where generic trainings stop.

The formats

Sessions built for your room, on your calendar.

Engagements range from a single keynote workshop to a structured programme across quarters. Core sessions cover wealth structure for high earners, investing beyond the payslip, family money and estate readiness, and the executive's version of retirement mathematics. Every programme is scoped to the audience in the room: a trading floor, a partner group and a hospital consultancy do not get the same session, and should not.

I deliver every session myself: direct about numbers, generous with questions, and grounded in my years inside one of Kenya's leading investment banks followed by two businesses of my own. Sessions end with materials your people keep and a decision framework they use on their own payroll cycle.

The honest line

Sessions educate, and they never sell.

I state one boundary up front, because it protects your organisation as much as me: no products are pitched from my stage, and any institutional partnership I hold is disclosed to you in writing before the first session.
